General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jtween platform and all services connected to it. By visiting the website, opening an account, playing casino games, or placing sports bets, you are accepting these terms.

1.1 Applicable Law

1.2 Precedence of Terms

Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, jtween reserves the right to close them at any time and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. Sharing your password with a third party or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jtween immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

jtween reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for verification. If the required information is not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Age Verification and Protection of Minors

The minimum age to participate on the jtween platform is 21. No person under the age of 21 may register on this site, play games, or place bets.

If a minor somehow succeeds in opening an account and this is later proven, that account will be closed immediately and any funds deposited will not be returned. This 21+ age requirement is an integral part of jtween's responsible gaming policy.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

jtween processes all transactions through Bangladeshi payment methods. Customers can deposit and withdraw funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

jtween generally processes withdrawal requests within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if identity verification is incomplete or an unusual transaction is suspected, the request may take longer to review.

4.3 Funds Verification

The source of funds deposited by the user must be legitimate. Using money from money laundering or illegal sources is strictly prohibited. jtween reserves the right to share information with relevant authorities when necessary.

4.4 Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected or placed on hold in the following situations:

• Account verification has not been completed
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Suspicious transaction patterns are observed
• Any dispute or complaint on the account is ongoing

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jtween's bonus offers are provided subject to specific conditions. Accepting any bonus means you are also accepting the specific terms attached to it.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one bonus applies per deposit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise
• jtween reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of a breach of bonus terms

5.3 VIP Cashback

jtween's VIP programme has three tiers. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver members receive up to 0.5%; and Gold members receive up to 0.8%. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

Betting Rules

Separate rules apply for sports betting and casino games on jtween. Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

jtween reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets accepted at abnormal odds due to a technical error may be reviewed and cancelled.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a software error, the correct result will be considered valid.

6.3 Betting Limits

jtween sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each event and game, which may vary depending on the game or event. Placing bets outside these limits is not possible.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jtween platform:

• Opening an account using a false identity or false information
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or run games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs to earn money
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Threatening or harassing other users

If there is evidence of involvement in any of the above activities, jtween will close the relevant account immediately and reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 jtween's Rights

jtween reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, particularly for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Order from a court or law enforcement agency

8.2 User's Rights

Limitation of Liability
